Mr Carter is my dad! call me E.C....as far as the park goes, the best way to describe it is slow going, red tape always balls good things up and this is no different...i'm not sure on an opening date sorry.

haha, yeah black rock is wonderful. and you could probably ride everything there too so it would be a really, really fun place for you to go.
